While getting more and more into the interplay between computer and human generated composition, I'm testing the grounds with a couple of improvisations.

Both of them have a guitar improvised over the backing track that is computer generated, although still by the instructions given by me.

I Received a "honorable mention" in the instrumental category for my composition "DNA".

I took recently part in a couple of sound experimentation contests.
The first one was held by prorec.com in association with IK Multimedia.
The aim was to make an original composition no longer than 90 seconds and use Amplitube3 guitar effects to sculpt the sound of other instruments than the guitar.

The second contest "Mixage fou" or "Crazy Mix" had a variety of non-related tracks that needed to be mixed creatively, making an original composition.
This time no longer than 80 seconds.

I've been messing with synths so much lately, so I felt making a guitar-driven song has been long due.
So, here's the latest one: Pole Shift.

I recently took part in the SynthMaster 2.0 songwriting contest.
In my song I used 13 instances of SynthMaster 2 software synthesizer.
No other instruments, just some EQ adjustment, stereo widening, clipping/limiting.

I used Axon guitar to MIDI and padKontrol to play the solo and some other stuff.

A few weeks ago I started a "small" project of tabbing a couple of may favourite songs from two great artists. Luckily both of them responded positively to my request to share the tabs on my website and also agreed to check the tabs' accuracy.

Therefore the tabs section was born.

The first of these tabs is Dimitar Nalbantov's guitar solo in "Abandoned Place".
